Caps direct sign-ups only — strangers who find the site and ask for a code. Drivers who arrive with a code from a friend are never counted here, so this number answers “how many strangers can still let themselves in”, not “how many drivers exist”.
Mint offline with node tools/mint-beta-codes.mjs --mint WEB 50, then paste the
codes here — one per line. The signing key never leaves your machine; this server only ever
holds already-signed codes and hands them out.
Metered voice + brain usage from the gateway — the real constraint behind the seat cap. Widening the beta is affordable when this has headroom, and not when it doesn’t.
